Not sure how anyone can back their own club to be relegated I’d rather back us to win the treble and wave the money bye bye

Westside, as someone who managed to get on at 11-2 when it looked like the shit was hitting the fans, I am well chuffed.

Things looks incredibly brighter than it did after the Newcastle game and rightly so.

Just shows how you don't know what's round the corner, and no-one thought we'd ever get as ma y points as did off the 'six', think it was 8?

Had we sleep walked into November on zero points as was feared, wed be staring down the gun of relegation for sure.

Absolutely no chance we go down or are even in the mix.

Moyes doing a great job.

Relegation odds now about 14 - 1.

What do the wise sages, who thought we were excellent value at 5 - 1 , now think?

Re: Relegation odds
Strictly on paper we shouldn't go down . Yes there gaps in the squad but there is in every squad outside the so called top 6 . Biggest problem I can see is team morale . Every time brady and the dwarf open their mouths it exposes the lack of professionalism and ambition at the club . And it's no wonder the players look half arsed a lot of the time.

I’ve already taken the 14/1 treble odds on West Brom, Fulham and West Ham to get relegated on sky bet

Rice will go Chelsea and they won’t replace him properly

Re: Relegation odds
I had £30 festering in an old Ladbrokes account. After witnessing Newcastle and having way too many beers I woke the next morning to find that I'd stuck it on us getting relegated.

Never bet against us before but with GBS I've lost that deep loyalty. If they're going to fuck up our season why not let the bookies pay for the wake.

Got 7/2, I think.

Told we are 2-1 now with only Albion and Fulham beneath us, anyone know if this is correct?

Surprised there are 6 teams on shorter odds at the moment.

Re: Relegation odds
Maybe worth it on decent odds, but many are being a bit hasty. It all depends which West Ham turns up to games - the one that embarrassed themselves against Newcastle or the one that outplayed Arsenal.

Re: Relegation odds
Take any odds where you can get some money back because we are near certainties the way everything is and has been architected by our owners. Don't wait until the end of the 5 game run of horror when everyone ( incl. bookies ) will know too.

Re: Relegation odds
we were 5/1 9th favourites to go down before a ball was kicked. Crazy value, especially when you look at our start......its hard to recover from a start like that with confidence low, more pressure and fan unrest

Re: Relegation odds
Daily Mail last week were reporting Sheff Utd highest earner is 25k pw

I hope they struggle and sack Wilder.....id have him in heartbeat

I think Fulham and WBA look ropey.......my best bet for the 3rd spot would be Burnley. Injury hit small squad with no additions. Soton and us are only sides in bottom half who have not added fresh blood

Re: Relegation odds
There must have been a stack of money for us to go down it's right into 12/5 now 2's at PP.

Colleague of mine is a SU ST holder. He says that most of their players are on very low wages, so he is expecting many SU players to move on if offered more money elsewhere.

Razzle is right.

On ability we are mid table.

On fight, we are near enough bottom

I got 11-2

Re: Relegation odds
The season has just started and we're already looking for 3 clubs more shit than us just so we can stay up be default again.
Embarrassing.
